Pricing Updates As Of February 1st
The cost of metal is rising at an unprecedented rate. Silver has risen by 277% since January 2025.
On February 1st adjusted my prices to accommodate the current cost of metals. Brass pieces will increase around 10-20% and silver prices will increase around 50%. Moving forward I will be updating silver prices as needed to keep up with the market.
Thank you for sticking with me (and other small jewelers) during this challenging time. I will always do my best to keep my pricing as accessible as possible while maintaining the level of quality and sustainability that aligns with my values.

Wholesale Accounts
Orders can be placed online in the password protected Wholesale section of NatalieJoyJewelry.com or via email at NatalieJoyInfo@gmail.com. Please request a password from us at NatalieJoyInfo@gmail.com or from our wholesale linesheed PDF. First time orders have a minimum $300 or 15 item requirement and pre-pay policy. Payment can be made via check, credit card, or PayPal.
Wholesale orders placed in the United States will be shipped within 3 weeks of order placement and shipped USPS Standard Mail for $8.00.
Shipping
Retail orders placed in the United States will be shipped within 7-10 business days of order placement and shipped USPS Standard Mail for $8.00.
Orders placed in Canada will be shipped within 7-10 business days of order placement and shipped USPS Economy International for $15.00.
Orders placed outside of the United States and Canada will be shipped 7-10 business days of order placement and shipped USPS Standard International for $18.00.
Alternative shipping methods are available upon request.
Repairs/Returns
Repairs and damaged items will be replaced for free. Returns must be pre-approved via email and shipped in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Natalie Joy is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. Appropriate insurance is recommended for all return packages.
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns.
